Better In Balance


When you come see me, we’ll be working on you from the inside out and the outside in. We want results, and we want them as quickly and painlessly as possible.

My goal is to make changes, fast. If I’m doing my job properly, we’ll determine a course of action for your initial therapy, after which you’ll only need to come back when you want a tune-up or you want to tackle another issue with more consistent work. I’m sure you’re very nice, but if I’m seeing you every week for the rest of your life, it probably means I’m not doing my job. Either that, or I’m so delightful you just can’t bear the thought of going more than a week without seeing me.  Hopefully the second one.

You may be thinking: “I don’t need nutritional help, just Rolf me.” Or maybe: “I don’t really want body work, just some dietary advice.” Either is fine, and I’ll work with you in whatever capacity you’re comfortable with. That said, in my experience, combining both therapies will maximize your results and help you reach your goals in the shortest amount of time. That’s something to keep in mind.

Another thing to consider is that your baseline for optimal health might have decreased after years of dysfunction. After all this time, you might have forgotten how well you can actually feel!

Don’t take for granted that your health and performance have to go downhill as you age. Don’t accept it! Your age is a number that has almost nothing to do with the cumulative stresses and dysfunction you’ve been through. Some people age quickly while others seem to stay eternally youthful. If you can correct the dysfunction and learn to make the choices that will keep you fit, you won’t need to think about your age anymore.  Who cares when you feel fantastic?
